During November 2020, we were approached by Marketing Intelligence Agency Kingpin to help plan their end of year team incentive.
Challenge:
Although the year seen many challenges for businesses, Kingpin have not only continued to grow. But have been recognised and awarded for their marketing intelligence projects they provide to clients, especially in the technology sector. So it was not only a matter connecting and allowing the team to engage together. But also to reward for continually exceeding in performance.
Our challenge was to bring the team together virtually that gave them all the feel of an incentive and not another Zoom or Teams meeting. With a date set for December, we also wanted to have that Christmas party element that we all were missing.
