"London Calling" for your events...

It's been a busy start to 2025 for the team, who have been out and about getting their step counts up. As well as visits to Banff Canada, York and Newcastle exploring event venues, spaces, activities and experiences. We couldn't forget about big playground area - London.


We took in some new venues as well as a bit of a refresh to some of the most iconic hotels the city has to offer for your events. Here are some of our highlights from the past few weeks.




Hotels:


The Savoy, London – A Timeless Luxury Hotel


The Savoy is one of London’s most iconic luxury hotels, renowned for its rich history, exceptional service, and prestigious reputation. Opened in 1889, it has hosted royalty, celebrities, and business elites. Located on the Strand, it offers stunning views of the River Thames and easy access to key landmarks.


With 267 elegantly designed rooms and suites, world-class dining (including Gordon Ramsay’s Savoy Grill), and outstanding event spaces, The Savoy is a top choice for corporate events, weddings, and luxury stays. It combines historical charm with modern amenities, making it a symbol of sophistication and excellence in hospitality.


It was a real reminder to us, how important it is to have a refresh visit to venues. We absolutely loved The Savoy and it continues to move and adapt with the times, without losing it's charm, style and excellence.


You can of course put on the glitz and glamour, or a high end conference like that seen in Notting Hill. Or why not get quirky with one of their many smaller boardroom or private dining places? Probably the most wow in terms of dining is the wine vault private dining space at the Savoy Grill!




The Langham London – A Premier Venue for Corporate Events


The Langham London, a historic luxury hotel in the heart of the West End, offers an elegant setting for corporate events. With over 15 versatile event spaces, including the Grand Ballroom and private boardrooms, it caters to everything from executive meetings to large conferences.


Guests enjoy bespoke catering, state-of-the-art AV technology, luxury accommodations, and wellness facilities. Europe's first "Grand Hotel". Birthplace of the afternoon tea (just 7p)..and probably the best cheese toastie you'll ever have in their Wigmore pub! Added to which you have Michel Roux Cooking School - perfect for group activities and an Infinity Suite that lived up to the name...yet still wasn't their biggest Suite!


Our visit to The Langham was packed full of character, stunning features and fantastic event opportunities and spaces.





Pan Pacific London – A Luxury Venue for Corporate Events


Pan Pacific London offers a modern and sophisticated setting for corporate events, blending Asian hospitality with contemporary elegance. Located in Bishopsgate, near Liverpool Street, it provides convenient access to London’s financial district.

With over 1,200 sq. meters of event space, including the Pacific Ballroom, meeting rooms, and private dining spaces, the hotel accommodates everything from board meetings to large conferences. State-of-the-art AV technology, bespoke catering, and a dedicated events team ensure a seamless experience.


Luxury accommodations, a wellness floor with a spa and infinity pool, and fine dining options make Pan Pacific London an excellent choice for corporate gatherings, executive retreats, and networking events.


We are proud to be one of the first agencies to put a multi day client conference into this venue - only 2 weeks opened! It remains in our opinion probably the standard in terms of outstanding service for a London venue. Some really great and flexible event spaces. Amazing and modern ballroom and probably the biggest beds you'll sleep in!




Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill: Ideal for Corporate Events


Located in Marylebone, near Marble Arch and Mayfair, Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill offers a refined setting for corporate events. With 11 versatile event spaces, including the Chartwell Ballroom and private boardrooms, it caters to meetings, conferences, and gala dinners.


The hotel features state-of-the-art AV technology, bespoke catering, and a dedicated events team for seamless execution. Guests enjoy luxurious accommodations, fine dining, and exclusive experiences, making it a top choice for business gatherings in London’s prestigious West End.


Considering it's history and prestige over the years. The Churchill is still quite the little find between Marble Arch and Portman Square. For many it remains off of the event radar as a venue, but for us it's a great choice. We especially like The Library Room which is amazing for private dining and small boardroom events. Pair this with an evening in their Churchill Bar (speakeasy feel). You will have some of the best cocktails in London for sure!





Rooftops:


Floridita at Canopy by Hilton London – A Stylish Corporate Event Venue


Floridita, located within Canopy by Hilton London, offers a vibrant and stylish setting for corporate events. Inspired by Cuban flair, this unique venue is ideal for networking events, private dinners, and cocktail receptions.


With versatile event spaces, bespoke catering, and premium cocktails, Floridita provides a lively yet sophisticated atmosphere. The central location, modern AV facilities, and dedicated events team ensure a seamless experience for business gatherings, making it a standout choice for corporate entertainment in London.


There are a few rooftop choices now in the city. But this one is a fantastic addition and choice for events. What we love is the style makes it feel more than just a rooftop bar. It's much more than that and you will certainly appreciate that factor with your events there.





Hyatt Regency London Albert Embankment – A Prime Corporate Event Venue


Located along the River Thames, Hyatt Regency London Albert Embankment offers a modern and sophisticated setting for corporate events. Its versatile meeting spaces, including private boardrooms and elegant function rooms, cater to business meetings, conferences, and networking events.


The hotel features state-of-the-art AV technology, bespoke catering, and a dedicated events team, ensuring seamless execution. With stunning river views, and proximity to Westminster and Vauxhall. Their rooftop restaurant is quite the find and a great evening option for social or networking events up to around 80 people. It's is an excellent choice for corporate gatherings in Central London.




Something a little different?


Cahoots London Bridge


Cahoots London Bridge offers a quirky and immersive 1940s-themed setting for corporate events, ideal for networking, team-building, and private parties. With vintage décor, themed cocktails, and lively entertainment, it provides a fun and memorable atmosphere for business gatherings.


The venue features private hire options, bespoke catering, and a dedicated events team, ensuring a seamless experience. Conveniently located in London Bridge (with another option near Carnaby Street), Cahoots is perfect for companies seeking a distinctive and entertaining venue for their corporate events.


If you want character, quirkiness with a little role playing thrown in for good measure. Then Cahoots is a great choice for company socials, team nights and client entertainment.




Summary:


We've covered much, but just scratched the surface. Ever changing, evolving and new options coming to market. London continues to set the bar in terms of quality and variety for all things events.
