December, 2024 - We were delighted to work with IT Solutions company, Espria. Helping deliver their "Momentum 24" kick off event at the Allianz Stadium (Twickenham) London.
The conference event was across two days and included a full day conference session. Private stadium tour for senior key delegates, evening awards dinner and then a supplier and client led presentation and networking based day two.
There were engaging content session not only on key matters across It business solutions, but also for Espria to outline their business objectives and goals to staff and suppliers moving forward into 2025 and beyond. One example of this was from the Exec team, who announced several new staff benefits, one of which was an extra day off on your birthday.!
Hosted at Allianz Stadium (Twickenham), a fantastic and versatile event venue that added an extra wow to the usual conference style event space.

What we did:
Pre Event
We had a three month lead time and working closely with the sales and marketing teams. We provided options on potential venues for the event and it was agreed on Allianz Stadium to host the conference kick off. From there we contracted with the venue and worked in conjunction with their in house events and AV team. We also arranged for rooms for overnight stays at the on site Radisson hotel.
Over the coming weeks leading to the event. We worked closely with the client assisting with event planning, management and logistics for the event.
The Event
We began with open registration in the morning. Our team were on hand to manage guest delegates with a quick and easy registration process. Throughout the morning there were key content sessions from both Espria senior leadership and guest speakers in The Lock 5.
Then across a networking lunch there was plenty of opportunity to break out, relax and enjoy pitch side views (grabbing your social media moment!)
The afternoon continued with further content sessions. Some involved internal announcements and objectives outlining future business objectives for Espria. There was also an onsite photographer set up to capture moments, but also to take a professional headshot should it be required.
We finished the afternoon session with an exclusive stadium tour for senior and key delegates. While the remaining group checked in to the onsite Radisson hotel to relax and refresh for the evening ahead.
The evening started in the Spirit of Rugby space with a welcome reception. It was then on to tables for a sit down 3 course meal, awards ceremony and then after party.
Day 2 and we moved to the Elgar Suite, where key client suppliers had workstations set up for a morning presentations and discussions with the delegates. After a networking relaxed buffet lunch it was time to close the kick off event.
Summary:
It was an absolute privilege to work with the client to help deliver their 2024 Momentum Kick Off event. Across the three months we work closely with both the marketing and sales teams to plan and manage the event. Despite the short (ish) lead time, it came together to be a fantastic, engaging and productive event for all who attended.
