These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Marketing Events and Travel Ltd(trading as We Are MEaT), registered in England and Wales under company number 10308296, whoseregistered office is 3 Addington Road, Sittingbourne, Kent, ME10 1HT, United Kingdom.

1.7 Confirmation means Your written acceptance (including by email) confirming that the Services should proceed.
1.8 Contract means the agreement between You and Us for the provision of the Services, incorporating these Terms and Conditions, the Itemised Budget, and any agreed Payment Schedule.

1.10 Events Beyond Our Control means events which are unforeseeable, unavoidable or outside Our reasonable control, including (without limitation) acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, natural disasters, fire, flooding, adverse weather conditions, industrial disputes involving third parties, failure of utilities or telecommunications, or failures of transport providers.
1.11 Itemised Budget means the detailed written schedule of Services and associated costs provided to You.
1.12 Participants means all individuals participating in the Services at Your request.
1.13 Payment Schedule means the payment schedule agreed between the parties.
1.14 Services means the services described in the Itemised Budget.
1.15 Services Commencement Date means the date on which delivery of the Services begins.
1.16 Updated Budget means any amendment to the Itemised Budget agreed in writing.
1.17 Client means any third party for whom You are acting, whether as agent or principal.

2. Your Obligations
2.1 You shall provide promptly all information reasonably required by Us to perform the Services andcomply with legal obligations.
2.2 You warrant that all information supplied by You is accurate, complete and kept up to date.
2.3 You must notify Us in writing as soon as reasonably possible of any proposed changes to theServices and, where relevant, before applicable cancellation deadlines.
2.4 You shall indemnify Us against all losses, costs and liabilities incurred as a result of changesrequested by You.
2.5 Prior to delivery of the Services, You must inform Us of any Participant with disabilities, medicalconditions, dietary requirements or special assistance needs.
2.6 You must ensure that an authorised representative is available throughout delivery of the Servicesand has authority to make decisions on Your behalf.
2.7 Where You or a third party deliver any element of the Services, You warrant that such persons aresuitably trained, qualified and insured.
2.8 You must notify Us immediately in writing of any material change to Your legal or financial status,including insolvency or administration.

(a) any refund shall be limited to sums paid less non‑recoverable third‑party costs, work completed and reasonable administration fees.

9.1 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, orany liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

17.1 You are responsible for ensuring that Participants hold adequate travel and medical insurancewhere relevant.
